Q. Can I watch the workout videos anytime that I want?
A: That is one of the great features of the site. With a membership you can log in and work out with videos when the time fits you - 24/7. Each week three new videos are posted and they become your online program for the week.
Q. When are the videos posted?
A: New videos are posted each Sunday night.
Q: How is this different from other fitness options?
A: We realize that sometimes it is quite difficult for the consumer to distinguish what is best between a new exercise device, an infomercial program, other personal trainers, or even what foods to eat. One unfortunate truth is that the world of fitness is completely unregulated today. It's no wonder that Americans continue to decline in health. Plus, a person can become a personal trainer and begin to dispense advice with little or no credentials whatsoever.
We strive to be different. We avoid selling out to ineffective product marketing. We work hard to filter through the piles of information out there to bring you quality guidance and advice. And we are committed to the fact that everybody needs to exercise - even if it's a little bit. So we bring to you three fresh workouts each week. They are always different. They can be done with little to zero exercise equipment or past exercise experience. And they are led by one of the country's top fitness professionals, Jason Minich. Jason has countless satisfied customers with recommendations by physicians, physical therapists, registered dieticians, and many others.
Simply put, we strive to be better.
Q: Are these workouts going to make me look like a body builder?
A: The type of workouts that you will be doing are not designed to make you look like a body builder. They are designed to make you healthier, to feel better, to be stronger, and to lose body fat.
Q: What should I expect to do during these workouts?
A: The workouts that you will be doing will be a good blend of strength exercises and cardiovascular exercises. We will focus on exercises that require little to no equipment. This means that you will be moving your body around in new and different ways to be strong and fit from head to toe. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to do each and every exercise - especially if you have physical limitations. But we do our best to show you ways in which you can make it easier. However, we do ask you to challenge yourself to do a little bit more than what you are used to doing and we encourage you to join in the exercises to the best of your abilities. Many people find that the exercises get easier over time and they are able to do more than they were before!
Q: Do I have time for this?
A: The way we look at it, the time you put into yourself by committing to the fitness program will benefit nearly every other aspect of your life. So why not at least devote a little bit of time each week to feeling your best? Remember, there are 168 hours in any given week. We are only asking that you commit three, leaving the other 165 for everything else.
